Ecoline NV is a distributor and converter of hygienic paper products and nonwovens (both standard ranges and private label) for the wholesale market and large end customers across a wide range of sectors. In order to offer a complete range of hygiene products, we also supply several complementary ancillary products.

Ecoline aims to ensure the continuity of its business operations. The trust of employees, customers, and other stakeholders is crucial in this respect. Therefore, safety, quality, and environmental care are an integral part of our corporate policy.

We are committed to:

identifying the environmental impacts of our activities, products, and services and, where possible, limiting or preventing them;

striving for continuous improvement of both our quality and environmental management systems.

The protection of employees, third parties, and the environment against undesirable effects of our activities is essential. Ecoline allocates the necessary time and resources to achieve this and encourages open communication on quality, safety, and environmental matters at all levels of the organization.

We strive for optimal working conditions in which safety, health, and well-being are top priorities. All our machines are CE-marked and are systematically inspected for safety and efficiency.

Delivering high-quality products that meet our customers’ expectations is a core value. We continuously work on increasing customer satisfaction, improving relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders, and ensuring efficient service.

Ecoline has an integrated management system that complies with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015. Through clear objectives, regular evaluations, and continuous adjustments, quality and environmental care are embedded in all aspects of our business operations. Examples include reducing environmental impact through waste separation, energy-efficient processes, and respect for the environment in which we operate.

All employees are expected to be familiar with this policy statement, to take responsibility, to actively contribute to performance improvement, and to demonstrate the necessary self-discipline. Regular training, follow-up, and evaluation ensure that everyone has the required knowledge and motivation.

This policy statement is periodically reviewed and adjusted where necessary to ensure the organization remains aligned with its quality and environmental objectives.
