Ecoline NV is a seller and converter of hygienic paper products and non-wovens (standard assortment and private label) for wholesale and large end customers within a wide diversity of sectors. In order to offer our customers a complete package of hygiene products, we also trade some ancillary products.

Ecoline sets itself the goal of ensuring the continuity of the company's activities. One of the most important conditions for this is that both employees and clients have confidence in the company.

Therefore, the protection of employees, third parties and the environment against unwanted effects resulting from business activities is necessary and forms an integral part of our corporate policy. With this, Ecoline wants to demonstrate its commitment and dedication in the field of safety, quality and environment. Ecoline allocates the necessary time and financial resources for this purpose. These topics must also be openly discussable by everyone.

Ecoline strives for optimal working conditions, where safety and well-being are absolute top priority. All machines within our company have CE marking and are controlled on various aspects, i.e. our machines are equipped with the necessary safety equipment.

Delivering products of good quality that meet customer requirements at all times is a core value within our business operations. Ecoline ensures that good service is always provided and commits to continuing to strive for high customer satisfaction and improving relationships with customers, suppliers and other stakeholders. To make this possible, a quality management system that meets the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 is used. By setting quality objectives and continuing to assess, evaluate and where necessary adjust and/or adapt the entire business operation, suppliers, services provided and products, Ecoline strives to make quality an omnipresent topic.

Limiting adverse effects on the environment as a result of our business activities through, for example, respect for vegetation, recovery/separation of waste, ... we hold high on our banner.

For the correct implementation of these systems, all employees are expected to have knowledge of this policy statement, take on their responsibility in this regard and demonstrate the necessary self-discipline.

The materials, equipment and tools used are also regularly checked for effectiveness, accuracy and safety. The engaged employees and services are continuously motivated, evaluated and retrained. In this way, continuous improvement is pursued in all areas.

This policy statement will be regularly tested against reality within our company and if necessary, steps will be taken to bring the organization back in line with this policy.
